I was invited to meet with the West Coast Crafters Group on Sunday. I was blown away by the talent of fibre artists on the west coast of Newfoundland. I was made to feel very welcome but truthfully, I am amateur in comparison.
I don't think for one minute that it is easy making your living through artistic venues. And I don't think that the population at large realizes how labour intensive it is nor, do they realize the passion that these artists have in their areas of interests.
I feel humbled by the talent I saw. I had pictures to post today but somehow, they have disappeared into the great void. I did work on the chickens and they are coming along nicely.
