Courage!

Did I hear the supper bell?

Back off, Buddy!

I just had to post these two pictures. They made me laugh outloud today in the office. With so much saddness in the world, it is sometimes hard to find something heartwarming or just plain funny.

When humans put their minds to it, we can be so inventive and courageous; like watching the Chilean miners being lifted one by one after 69 days of imprisonment in the copper mine.

Or just having fun like these little dogs, and living in the moment.

  1. Isn't that story of the miners amazing? I have been fascinated watching the news coverage. So much inspiration to be found in these men. A Good News ending for a change.

  2. So cute, Julie...sure is a laugh.

Amazing to see those men pulled from the "hell" hole, isn't it? Let's hope all goes well to get the remainder before days end...We have so much to be thankful for.

  3. Thanks for reminding us Julie, to appreciate the little things and to always have hope.
It is awesome that the miners are finally free.
I was walking my two babies yesterday and my jack Russell found a twig and she grabbed it up and started walking so proudly and happily. She had a stick and that is all that mattered and all it took to make her walk better.
We can learn a lot from our four legged friends. They always live in the moment, enjoy the simple things, love unconditionally.
May we strive to all be like that.
